A few weeks ago I had a colleague from India reach out to me. His nephew was currently studying in the US, completing his bachelor's in data science, and he is about to graduate. Given the considerable amount that his family has invested in his education, (a 4 year bachelor's degree is definitely more expensive than a 2 year Master's program), obviously a job in the US would definitely be a better return on said investment.

I spoke with said nephew later, and he said all the right things. Needs a job, not sure if wants to go back to India but if he had to, it's not the end of the world. I said I'll help him as much as I could - so yes, this is a part shout out to the universe to help him, if you can. That being said, said nephew also said something very interesting.
